横移式立体车库设计
[摘要] 伴随着生活质量的提高,车辆的数目愈来愈多,停车位缺少的问题也就变得更明显了,针对这个问题本文设计了一个横移式的立体车库。开始主要通过对立体车库的发展,以及立体车库现阶段的种类和形势进行分析,确定了三层三列七车位升降横移式车库的研究方案、控制要求和工作原理。接下来对立体车库的基本结构分析后设计本次立体车库的架构和组成,并对系统的电力控制线路进行设计。最后就根据控制系统的要求采用了西门子公司的S7-300 PLC作为主控制器,并对其输入和输出地址进行合理分配。按照工作流程使用博途V13软件进行梯形图程序的编写,并不断调试确保系统的安全,最终通过硬件与软件的相互结合来完成立体车库的运行。

Design of transversal stereoscopic garage
[Abstract]With the improvement of the quality of life, the number of vehicles is getting more and more, and the problem of parking space lack is becoming more obvious. In this paper, a transversal type of three-dimensional garage is designed. At the beginning, the research scheme, control requirements and working principle of the three level and three row seven parking lift and transversal type garage are determined through the development of the three-dimensional garage and the analysis of the types and situation of the stereoscopic garage at the present stage. Next, the basic structure of the stereo garage is analyzed, then the structure and composition of the three-dimensional garage are designed, and the power control circuit of the system is designed. Finally, according to the requirements of the control system, SIEMENS S7-300 PLC is adopted as the main controller, and its input and output addresses are allocated reasonably. According to the work flow, the program of ladder diagram is written using V13 software, and the system is ensured by constant debugging. Finally, the operation of the three-dimensional garage is completed through the combination of hardware and software.
