摘  要

科学技术日益发展的当前社会，灌装行业开始进入人们的视线。在这里面起主要作用的就是灌装机。它的技术水平可以体现出食品加工行业整体的发展情况和水平，同时液体灌装的产量和质量受到灌装行业发展的直接影响，较高的生产效率和成品品质足以体现出一台灌装机的设计发展水平。，因此灌装机在液体食品加工行业已经有了举足轻重的地位，

本次设计的灌装生产线主要适用于啤酒的灌装生产，总体结构布局为旋转型。主要由灌装机、压盖机、星轮等一系列零部件组成。主要工作过程为洗净的瓶子由传送带传送入星轮，通过星轮的拨动挨个送入灌装生产线的灌装机部分，瓶子由上瓶机构做升降运动依次与灌装液箱中的灌装阀接触，液体由供料机构送入灌装阀再灌装进啤酒瓶中。整个生产线的正常运转由齿轮和带传动系统支持。以往的灌装生产机械存在结构单一、功能单一、受灌装容器的尺寸的限制较大和无法适用于多种类型液体的缺陷。因此本文主要对这些功能缺陷进行研究，设计出与以往不同灌装头数、不同灌装速度、不同传动系统的灌装机械，本灌装生产线结构简单易懂，操作起来较方便，能够满足中小型食品加工企业的生产需求。

ABSTRACT

With the development of science and technology, the filling industry begins to enter people's sight. The main role in this is the filling machine. It can reflect the level of technology in food processing industry overall development level and at the same time, the yield and quality of filling liquid filling is directly influenced by the development of the industry, high production efficiency and quality of the products is enough to reflect a filling machine design development level. Therefore, filling machine in the liquid food processing industry has a pivotal position, The design of filling production line is mainly applicable to the filling of beer production, the overall structure of the layout of the rotary type. Mainly by filling machine, capping machine, wheel and a series of parts. The main work process for cleaning bottles conveyed by the conveyor belt into the wheel, filling machine into the filling production line by shifting one by one of the star wheel, contact the bottle filling valve movement by bottle body in turn and filling in the tank, the liquid feeding mechanism into the filling valve and then filling into the beer bottle. The normal operation of the whole production line is supported by the gear and belt drive system. In the past, the filling machine has the defects of single structure, single function, large limitation of the size of the filling container, and the defect that the utility model can not be applied to various types of liquid. Therefore, this paper focuses on the function of these defects is studied, designed with different filling machine filling head number, different filling speeds and different transmission system, the filling production line has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, small and medium-sized food processing enterprises to meet production requirements.
