本文主要介绍了:煤棒机的发展历史,用途,组成及工作原理;煤棒机的特点;设计的一般步骤;使用中存在的问题及改进措施;安装和维护等内容。在本次煤棒机的设计过程中,着重对减速器、传动机构分析和设计。对重要的部件进行了受力分析、强度的校核,根据其常见失效形式、影响因素及基本设计要求,给出了重要部件的受力分析、强度和刚度的设计方法。

Coal bar machine is one of the main equipment of coal mine production system, the reliability of coal rods machine, especially the reliability of a key throat coal rods machine, directly affect the normal operation of the entire production system. Practice has proved that the existing production capacity of reciprocating feeder is small, convenient installation and removal, discontinuity and other shortcomings. With the development of the coal industry, coal mine type continues to expand, the existing small coal rods machine production capacity can not meet the requirements of large-scale mine, the design of coal rods machine is made some improvements on the basis of the original, having the structure simple, small amount of maintenance, stable performance, low noise, easy installation, and other advantages.
This paper describes: coal rods machine history, purpose, composition and working principle; characteristics of coal rods machine; general steps designed; the use of problems and improvement measures; such as the installation and maintenance of content. In this coal rods machine design process, focusing on the reduction gear transmission mechanism analysis and design. The important parts of the stress analysis and strength check, in accordance with their common failure modes, influencing factors and basic design requirements given important part of stress analysis, strength and stiffness design method.
