年产28万吨乙二醇清洁生产工艺设计【论文+CAD图纸+SketchUp 三维模型+开题报告+任务书+翻译+视频+其它相关材料(具体请看截图】
本设计综合考虑国内外乙二醇生产工艺的进展,选择煤制乙二醇工艺路线,完成了年产28万吨乙二醇的工艺设计,并验证其可行性。该方案依托已有的合成氨工厂,充分利用其造气车间的产能,实现清洁生产,本设计合理可行。在设计过程中,使用Aspen Plus软件实现了工艺全流程的模拟及优化,采用Aspen Energy Analyzer软件完成了对该流程的换热网络设计,并用专业软件对相关典型设备进行了设计计算及选型,绘制了工艺流程图(PFD)、管道仪表流程图(P&ID)、设备装配图等工程图纸,最终完成了化工设计的初步设计阶段工作。

In this design, the progress of the production technology of ethylene glycol in domestic and international was comprehensively considered. The technology design of an annual output of 280 thousand tons of ethylene glycol plant was completed in the selection of the coal preparation process, and the feasibility of this technology was verified. Relying on the existing ammonia plant, the project will fully utilize the production capacity of the gas making plant.Finally, This design will achieve cleaner production,which is reasonable and feasible.We used Aspen Plus software to realize process simulation and optimization of the whole process,and completed the process of the design of heat exchanger networks using Aspen energy analyzer software in course of design.We used professional software to design calculation and selection of typical equipment. We drew a variety of flow diagrams, such as the Process Flow Diagram(PFD), the Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), the equipment assembly drawings, etc. We have finally completed the preliminary design phase of chemical engineering.
