摘 要

洗勺是一项必不可少的家务活动，然而过多的油渍让人对洗勺很是厌烦，洗勺机的出现将会使这项家务活动变得简单而有趣。本洗勺机主要由传送机构、提升机构、平移机构、清洗系统。

本文讲述了洗勺机的设计。首先，通过查阅资料了解现有洗勺机的清洗方法和工序，分析其存在的不足；然后，构思新型自动洗勺机的基本原理和操作工序并提出了洗勺机设计方案；接着，对主要零部件进行了设计与强度校核；最后，通过AutoCAD制图软件绘制了本洗勺机装配图及主要零件图，并用Pro/E进行了三维设计。

通过本次设计，巩固了大学所学专业知识，如：机械原理、机械设计、材料力学、公差与互换性理论、机械制图等；掌握了起重机械产品的设计方法并能够熟练使用AutoCAD制图软件，对今后的工作于生活具有极大意义。

Abstract

Washing the spoon is an essential household activities, however too much grease for washing the spoon is very tired, wash spoon machine will make the housework activities become simple and interesting. The machine is mainly composed of a transmission mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a translation mechanism, and a cleaning system.

In this paper, the design of the machine is described. First, access to information through understanding existing washing the spoon machine cleaning methods and processes, analysis of the shortcomings of its existence; then, conceived a new type automatic washing the spoon machine basic principle and operation process and puts forward the washing the spoon machine design scheme; and then, the design and strength check of the main parts is discussed. Finally, by means of AutoCAD drawing software drawn the spoon washing machine assembly drawing and the main parts of the map, and Pro / e three dimensional design.

Through the design, the consolidation of the University of the professional knowledge, such as: mechanical principles, mechanical design, mechanics of materials, tolerance and interchangeability theories, mechanical drawing; master the design method of hoisting machinery products and be able to skillfully use AutoCAD drawing software, for the future work in life is of great significance.
