摘要
本论文主要是对落料,拉深,冲孔翻边复合模而做的设计。这套复合模不但节约了原材料,为工厂带来了利益和效率,更主要的是它把这几个原本不容易合在一起的制造工艺通过特殊装置实现了。很大程度的提高了工作效率,并把原来一套以上才能完成的工艺用这套复合模完成了。
此论文主要阐述了我国模具现状和发展趋势、对零件的工艺分析、模具结构的设计、模具装配与部装图的设计。
其中工艺分析对零件的特性和材料性能做了简单的介绍,工艺计算主要是为设计选件打基础,通过大量的计算来确定一些标准件选择的尺寸和压力机的确定等。经过第二章计算和分析后进行模具结构的选择,其中包括标准件的选择和非标准的设计等。要做到标准件的选择正确以及非标准件的设计合理。最后用CAD绘制出模具的装配图和部装图,阐明装配时需要注意的事项。

This paper mainly for blanking, deep drawing, punching done flanging compound die design. The compound die has not only save raw materials, the factory has brought benefits and efficiency, more important is that it is not easy to put together a few original manufacturing process achieved through a special device. A large degree of improved efficiency, and to more than one set to complete the original process with this set of composite mold is complete.
This paper expounds the status quo and development trend of China's mold on the part of the process analysis, mold structure design, mold assembly and the Ministry of loading map design.
In the craft analyze the characteristics of parts and materials to do a simple introduction to the performance, technical computing is mainly laying the foundation for the design option, through a large number of calculations to determine the size of some standard parts selection and press OK and so on.
