本设计介绍了利用Solidworks软件,来完成数控十字滑台工作原理的仿真设计。通过对数控十字滑台工作原理分析、组成零件创建、零件组装和动画演示等一系列过程,使原本抽象的工作原理转化为直观的动画演示。并分析比较Solidworks软件三维建模技术的特点及优势,证明Solidworks软件在进行实物仿真过程中易学、好用方便、快捷等特点动画演示不需要专门的播放器,提高了动画演示的推广和应用。

This design is introduced the use of solidworks software, to complete a CNC cross platform sliding working principle of the simulation design. Through numerical control machine to the slippery work principle analysis, composition parts to create, assembly and animation and so on a series of process, make originally the abstract principle of work into intuitive animation. Analyzed and compared Solidworks software of 3 d modeling technical characteristics and advantages, prove Solidworks software in the physical simulation process to learn, use convenient, quickly and so on the characteristic animation does not need special player, improve the extension and application of the animation.
