工程是XX小区2号住宅楼。为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共六层,底层层高3米,其他层层高均为3米。建筑物总高度为20.2米。本设计书包括如下部分:
1.建筑工程工程概况;
某市,场地平整,地段交通方便,地势平坦,东西两地均为开发性用地抗震设防要求七度;
2.楼盖设计
包括楼板的设计和次梁的设计;
3.框架结构布置方鞍及荷载统计;
包括结构布置方案及结构选型荷载标准值和计算荷载作用下框架的内力分析
4. 框架结构的内力组合
包括梁内力组合及柱内力组合;
5. 截面设计
包括梁截面设计及柱截面设计。
6.基础设计
通过对基础上的轴力及地基承载力确定基础截面尺寸及配筋
7.本设计最终完成十五张施工图。

[Abstract] This is a dwelling building of a university in xiangfan It is a multi-layer reinforced concrete frame. It has six stories, the height of the first storey is 3 meters, and the height of other stories are all 3 meters. The height of the whole building is 20.2 meters.
