摘要:随着我国苹果产业向高层次发展,在苹果外观包装等附加价值上做更多的工作是很有必要的。一方面,包装直接影响顾客对产品的视觉需求和心理需求,好的包装能在第一时间吸引顾客的眼球。另一方面,对苹果的包装还可以起到保护和减震的作用,防止苹果在运输的时候造成意外损伤,在提高了果农和水果商的经济效益的同时还提高了苹果的品牌化。
但人工的套袋包装效率低、成本高,这增大了果农与苹果经销商的经济压力,因此,研发一种新型的自动装袋机具有无限的商机和市场。本此设计的苹果装袋机采用纯机械的方式,设计过程不使用自动化控制计算和实时监测以及传感器技术,主要借助齿轮机构、槽轮机构、凸轮机构、轴、减速器、电动机等的组装和精准配合,以及依据发泡网弹性大的特性来实现苹果的连续装袋功能。
本次设计,有完整详细的设计计算,利用CAD画二维工程图,利用SolidWorks实现三维建模及装配,同时做了有限元分析、爆炸图和运动仿真。分析结果验证了设计的合理性。

Abstract:As China's apple industry develops to a higher level,it is necessary to do more work on the added value of Apple's appearance packaging.On the one hand, packaging directly affects the customer's visual and psychological needs of the product.Good packaging can attract customers' attention in the first place.On the other hand,Apple's packaging can also play a role in protection and shock absorption,prevent Apple from causing accidental damage during transportation,improve the economic benefits of fruit farmers and fruit traders, and also increase Apple's branding.
However, artificial bagging is inefficient and costly,which increases the economic pressure between farmers and Apple dealers.Therefore, the development of a new type of automatic bagging machine has unlimited business opportunities and markets.The apple bagging machine of the present design adopts a purely mechanical method.The design process does not use automatic control calculations and real-time monitoring and sensor technology,mainly through the assembly of the gear mechanism,sheave mechanism,cam mechanism,shaft,reducer,motor,etc.,and precise coordination,and according to the characteristics of the elasticity of the foam mesh to achieve the continuous bagging function of Apple.
This design has a complete and detailed design calculation.Using CAD to draw two-dimensional engineering drawings, using SolidWorks to achieve three-dimensional modeling and assembly,while doing a finite element analysis,explosion map and motion simulation. The results show that the design of the device is reasonable.
