汽车发动机电动风扇冷却系统的设计
在汽车发动机冷却系中冷却电风扇是相当重要的部分,但是以前的冷却风扇设计进程中效率很低。电脑技术在不断发展,现在使用电脑协助来做冷却风扇设计应该是未来的趋势。
对汽车发动机电动风扇进行设计及仿真,设计出一款性价比高的电风扇。首先对发动机电动风扇进行设计计算;然后根据计算出的数据,利用CATIA软件绘制工程图并进行三维建模;然后对风扇进行受力分析和运动仿真,即分别对风扇进行运动特性和规律的分析。通过分析得出正确的理论数据和曲线,为我们作结构设计及优化设计提供了理论基础和条件。

The Design of Electric Fan Cooling System For Automobile Engine
Cooling fan is an important part of engine cooling system, but traditional fan design in low design efficiency. With the development of personal computer and computational fluid dynamics, using computer to assist cooling fan design becomes more and more popular.
Design and simulation of electric fan for automobile engine,design a cost-effective fan.design and calculate the engine electric fan;And then according to the calculated data,using CATIA software to draw engineering drawings and threedimensional modeling;then making force analysis and motion simulation of the electric fan,this is meaning making simulation and analysis of the motion of the fan.Get the correct theoretical data and curves are obtained by the analysis,it provides theoretical basis and conditions for structural design and optimization design.
