自动洗衣机行星减速器设计
摘 要
本文完成了自动洗衣机行星减速器的结构设计。该减速器具有较小的传动比,而且,它具有结构紧凑、传动效率高、外廓尺寸小和重量轻、承载能力大、运动平稳、抗冲击和震动的能力较强、噪声低的特点,适用于化工、轻工业以及机器人等领域。这些功用对于现代机械传动的发展有着较重要的意义。
首先简要介绍了课题的背景以及齿轮减速器的研究现状和发展趋势,然后比较了各种传动结构,从而确定了传动的基本类型。论文主体部分是对传动机构主要构件包括太阳轮、行星轮、内齿圈及行星架的设计计算,通过所给的输入功率、传动比、输入转速以及工况系数确定齿轮减速器的大致结构之后,对其进行了整体结构的设计计算和主要零部件的强度校核计算。
