摘要
离心分离器又称离心机。利用离心力将溶液中密度不同的成分进行分离的一种设备。
可进行固液分离、液液分离(重液体和轻液体及乳浊液等)。该设备的主要部分是电机带动一可旋转的圆筒,称做转鼓。有的转鼓壁上有很多小孔,离心分离时,转鼓壁上衬有滤布,使固体物留在鼓壁而液体通过小孔甩出。也有的转鼓无小孔,被甩液体可以用导管排出。
离心机的转速可分为常速和高速,离心机的转速越高,分离效果越好(实际应该是看离心力,离心力越大分离效果越好,但是离心力的大小与转速的平方成正比,所以也可认为转速越高分离效果越好)。
按分离的机理来说,离心机可分为过滤离心机和沉降离心机。按主轴和转鼓轴线的方向可分为立式和卧式。按离心机操作特征可分为间歇式和连续式。按卸料方式分为推料式、刮刀式和螺旋式等。
