本次设计的题目是雪糕棒挑选机的优化设计，本题来源于企业生产实际。雪糕棒加工流程是将木头经过蒸煮，进行旋切将木头加工为木板，在经过冲床冲出雪糕棒的模型。在这一生产过程中难免会形成不合格的雪糕棒，比如，毛刺，崩头，劈裂等不合格的雪糕棒。而在顾客食用雪糕棒的时候会不小心将嘴刺了，造成对消费者的伤害。因此我们有要将雪糕棒表面污染、破损、尺寸不合格的产品进行挑选筛除。
雪糕棒挑选机的工作原理是讲初加工的雪糕棒放入雪糕棒挑选机的料斗中，经过特制的雪糕棒带料块将雪糕棒均匀快速的将雪糕棒一根挨着一根运输上检测平台。
该设备利用传送带将雪糕棒依次通过视觉检测设备完成次品的剔除。本次课题研究主要是设计雪糕棒检验机的上料机构及机身的优化，以及同步带替代链条的传输。目前，雪糕棒检验机的上料机构主要由料斗，由过去的直板形改变为圆弧形，这样主要解决料斗的漏料问题。同时将机架的角钢材料替换为APS工业铝型材2020 ，这样在装配的过程中利用螺钉连接，相比过去角钢的焊接连接更能保证机架的水平度和垂直度，利于视觉检测设备的检测。在传输过程方式上利用同步带传动替代链条传动，因为同步带综合了带传动、链传动和齿轮传动各自的优点，传动比准确，对轴作用力小，结构紧凑，耐油，耐磨性好，抗老化性能好，适宜于多轴传动，不需润滑，无污染。通过此次改变了过去油润滑，油污染的生产状态。

在企业生产实际中，雪糕棒检验是针对出口雪糕棒表面污染、破损、尺寸不合格等问题设计的在线产品检验的设备。该设备利用传送带将雪糕棒依次通过视觉检测设备完成次品的剔除。本次课题研究主要是设计雪糕棒检验机的上料机构及机身的优化。目前，雪糕棒检验机的上料机构主要由凸轮，圆弧料斗，料斗连接板，及合页组成。通过两个凸轮的不同步，不同速的转动奖圆弧料斗中的料前后上下抖动，最后使雪糕棒被带料块及带料传动链带上检测平台。然而在这一传送过程设计中，结构合理，提高传输速度，提高效率，较少人力资源的利用，易于控制生产。在利用同步带传输后提高了传动精度，解决了食品卫生的难题，为食品安全做保障。同步带传动紧凑，传动比高，减少生产车间的噪音污染。为绿色生产进一步提上日程提供了有利条件。此次设计已加工为实物样机。同步带传输流畅，圆弧料斗减少了漏料率，增加了工作效率，为企业创造了巨大的价值。
