本设计将多手臂折叠法运用于折叠装置中,通过PLC编程控制电机转动,进而驱动折叠手臂旋转。通过光电传感器识别衣服状态,电机驱动旋转架,实现了衣物自动叠放。本设计巧妙地使用齿轮和曲柄连杆机构,只用一台电机提供动力,实现了三块折叠板的间歇运动。本设计作为一种家用智能叠衣机,体积小,结构简单,能够方便快捷地折叠衣服,实现叠衣服的智能化。

In this design, multi-arm folding method is used in folding device. The motor is controlled to rotate by PLC programming, and then the folding arm is driven to rotate. The state of clothes is identified by photoelectric sensors, and the rotating frame is driven by the motor, which realizes the automatic stacking of clothes. This design ingeniously uses gear and crank connecting rod mechanism, and only uses one motor to provide power to realize the intermittent movement of three folding plates. As a kind of household intelligent folding machine, this design has small size, simple structure, and can fold clothes conveniently and quickly, so as to realize the intelligent folding of clothes.
