随着现代机械制造工业的快速发展,制造装备的改进显得尤为重要,尤其是金属切削设备的改造是提高生产力一项重要因素。专用铣床液压系统的设计,除了满足主机在动作和性能方面规定的要求外,还必须符合体积小、重量轻、成本低、效率高、结构简单、工作可靠、使用和维修方便等一些公认的普遍设计原则。铣床液压系统的设计主要是根据已知的条件,来确定液压工作方案、液压流量、压力和液压泵及其它元件的设计。通过对专用铣床进行改造实现液压夹紧和液压进给,使其在生产过程中据有降低成本、工作可靠平稳,易于实现过载保护等优点。

Along with the rapid development of machinery manufacturing industry, manufacturing equipment improvement is particularly important, especially metal cutting equipment is an important factor to improve productivity. Special milling hydraulic system design, besides contented in action and the main performance requirements, still must accord with small volume, light weight, low cost, high efficiency and reliable work, simple structure, convenient maintenance and use of universal design principles, some recognized. Milling hydraulic system design is mainly based on the condition, known to determine the work plan, hydraulic pump and hydraulic pressure, flow and other components of the design. Through the modification of special machine realization of hydraulic clamping and hydraulic pressure feed in the production process to reduce cost, stable and reliable, easy to achieve work overload protection, etc.
