摘要

最近几年随着人民生活水平的提高和食品安全意识的提高，国内外引进的水果品种愈来愈多。在市场调研的基础上,通过对已有产品的特点进行比较与研究分析,开发了一种新的全自动苹果削皮机,实现了上料、削皮、去核与卸果整个工作过程的全自动。传动系统增加了全自动上料系统,可完成苹果自动输送、摆正、插果的动作;自仿形刀架驱动系统,可根据苹果椭圆度的不同,完成准确去皮;保留了原自动转位工作台机构。该全自动苹果削皮机机构紧凑,节省人力,生产率和制成率高。

Abstract

In recent years with the improvement of people's living standard and food safety awareness of the increase, more and more domestic and foreign imported fruit varieties. On the basis of market research, through analyzing the characteristics of the study and analysis of the existing products, the development of a new automatic apple peeling machine, realize the automatic feeding and unloading, peeled, go nuclear the whole working process. The transmission system to increase the automatic feeding system, can complete automatic conveying, put the apple, fruit insert action; since the copying tool carriage driving system, according to the different apple ovality, complete and accurate skin; to retain the original automatic indexing table mechanism. The automatic apple peeling machine is compact in structure, labor saving, high productivity and yield.
