大葱是人们生活中不可缺少的一味调料。但收获过程中的效率低下。而国内的大葱收获机性能单一,收获技术不成熟,国外的收获机械虽然性能良好,但制造价格太高,且通用性不强,不适应国内市场。因此,设计一种新型的大葱收获机来完成高效率的收获是非常有意义的。
本次研究的主要内容是大葱收获机结构设计。通过资料查阅对比确定其类型为自走式手扶大葱收获机。该机包含扶苗杆、切茎刀具、挖掘铲、运输链条等机械装置。先采用高速旋转刀具对大葱进行切茎,并用扶苗杆对大葱苗进行一个简单的扶持。然后利用平面三角挖掘铲挖起大葱,通过运输链条实现大葱与土壤的分离,最后完成大葱收集。本次设计其动力通过柴油机提供,减速装置采用二级减速器。利用摩擦离合器控制大葱收获机的启停。

Welsh onions are indispensable in people's life. But the efficiency of the harvest process is low. The domestic onion harvester performance is single, harvest technology is not mature, although the performance of foreign harvesting machinery is good, but the manufacturing price is too high, and versatility is not strong, not suited to the domestic market. Therefore, it is very meaningful to design a new onion harvester to achieve efficient harvesting.
The main content of this study is the onion harvester structure design. Through the data access comparison to determine its type of self-propelled hand green onion harvester. The machine includes the auxiliary stem, cutting the cutting tool, digging shovel, transport chain and other mechanical devices. First use high-speed rotating tool on the green onions cut stems, and with the auxiliary stem on the green onion seedlings for a simple support. And then use the plane triangular digging shovel digging green onions, through the transport chain to achieve onion and soil separation, and finally complete the collection of green onions. The design of its power through the diesel engine, deceleration device using two reducer. Use the friction clutch to control the start and fall of the green onion harvester.
