本文针对大众捷达汽车的前悬架系统进行设计,计算和设计的主要内容是:前麦佛逊悬架与后单纵臂悬架。先通过计算力的传递比及行程传递比,得出悬架的刚度,随后对悬架进行设计及计算,经过三套方案的分析比较后,确定出最合理的支撑体系。在横向稳定杆的设计中,在难以利用材料力学方法求解的情况下,利用有限元分析法求出其扭转刚度。
本篇论文运用CATIA软件进行三维建模,模型建立后用ADAMS软件对其进行运动学仿真分析,得出主销内倾角、主销后倾角、前轮前束及轮距与车轮跳动量之间的变化关系,并与理想值进行比较。考虑前悬架在不平路面上,受冲击较大,前悬架各部件受载也较大,最后对其各部件用CAD软件进行图纸测绘。

In this paper, the front suspension system of Volkswagen Jetta is designed. The main contents of calculation and design are: front McPherson suspension and rear single arm suspension. First, the stiffness of the suspension is obtained by calculating the transfer ratio of force and travel. Then, the suspension is designed and calculated. After the analysis and comparison of three schemes, the most reasonable support system is determined. In the design of the stabilizer bar, when it is difficult to use the method of mechanics of materials, the torsional stiffness is calculated by the finite element method.
In this paper, CATIA software is used for three-dimensional modeling, and ADAMS software is used for kinematic simulation analysis after the model is established. The relationship between kingpin inclination angle, kingpin caster angle, front wheel toe, track width and wheel runout is obtained and compared with the ideal value. Considering that the front suspension is on the uneven road, the impact is large, and the load of the components of the front suspension is also large, finally, the CAD software is used for drawing mapping of the components.
