本次设计为参照乘用轿车驱动桥来进行的,目的是为了检验大学几年的学习成果以及为将来的工作打下坚实的基础。说明书中阐述了驱动桥壳的功能与作用、设计的要求及其工作原理,通过查阅大量的汽车设计资料,以及结合所学的知识,对该驱动桥壳进行了方案论证、结构方案分析以及设计计算。本次设计的驱动桥采用半浮式半轴的整体式桥壳单级螺旋锥齿轮传动。普通对称式圆锥行星齿轮(两个)的差速形式。设计中包括了驱动桥壳、主减速器和差速器等各项参数的确定,其中包括主要参数的选择计算、受力情况、强度校核等,并且还对一对齿轮上的支承轴承进行了寿命校核。以及对本次设计做出总结。整个毕业设计历时两个多月,在老师的悉心指导和同学的热心帮助下得以顺利完成。最后感谢在毕业设计期间给予我帮助的老师和同学。从这次毕业设计中,我必将受益非浅。
