DF-104型载货汽车悬架机构设计
悬架是现代汽车上的重要总成之一,它把车架(或车身)与车轴(或轮胎)弹性地连接起来。它的主要作用是传递作用在车轮和车身之间的一切力和力矩,比如支撑力、制动力和驱动力等,并且缓和由不平路面传给车身的冲击载荷、衰减由此引起的振动、保证乘员的舒适性、减小货物和车辆本身的动载荷。
本文针对某公司生产的DF-104型载货汽车的选悬架在实际使用中存在的问题进行分析。结合该汽车使用的地区的道路条件,对汽车的前后悬架进行了重新设计。通过比较各种各种钢板弹簧的优缺点和生产成本,确定了钢板弹簧的断面形状。借鉴国内外对钢板弹簧的设计经验,片数、 片宽、片厚、片长、弧高、曲率半径、检验刚度、装配刚度等技术参数。并对钢板弹簧进行受力分析、刚度校核和强度校核,验证所选取的参数基本上满足了汽车在空、满载务件下对平顺性、 舒适性以及安全方面的要求。还对钢板弹簧销进行强度校核。此外还通过计算确定双筒式减振器的主要参数,选定符合国标的减振器型号。

ABSTRACT
Suspension is an important element of one of the modern automobile, it to the chassis (or body) and axle (or tires) flexibly link. Its main role is the role of transmission in the body between the wheels and all the power and moment, such as support of, system dynamics and driving force, and easing the road to the whole body impact load, decay resulting vibration, ensure the comfort of the crew, cargo and vehicles reduce their moving load.
This point is interpret about which company produced a low-speed truck suspension have been arisen problems in real life .I have a new design for the front and back suspension based on the car were used in areas of the road conditions before. Firstly I defined the section shape of leaf spring according to compare the various of advantages and disadvantages .Secondly I draw on domestic successful experience in the design of leaf springs and technical parameters for sheet number, sheet width, sheet thickness, sheet length , arc height, curvature radius, test for stiffness, assembly stiffness .mechanical analysis of leaf spring, stiffness and strength check of Verification, Validation basically meet the selected parameters of the car in the air, full service parts under the ride comfort, comfort, and safety requirements.Also check the strength of leaf spring pin.Also determined by calculating the main parameters of binocular-type shock absorber, shock absorber type selected meet the national standard
