本设计为XX图书实验楼弱电电气设计,弱电工程是由火灾自动报警系统、有线电视系统、室内电话线路系统、有线广播音响系统、高层建筑电子联络系统、保安与门卫监控系统等组成。
本设计XX二中图书实验楼属于二级保护对象,设计的主要内容是火灾自动报警系统、有线电视系统、电话系统和网络系统。根据现行规范,对于火灾自动报警系统,按照各楼层不同房间的建筑特点及其用途根据火灾探测器的选择要求确定了所需火灾探测器的类型、根据探测区域的划分对所需探测器的数量进行了计算,依照规范合理确定探测器以及手动报警按钮、消防广播、消火栓的布置位置;对于通讯系统,根据规范,主要做了电视、电话和网络插口的选型和敷设方式的设计。此次设计运用天正电气和AUTOCAD软件绘制了消防平面及系统图、弱电平面及系统图。
设计符合国家相关技术规程规范要求,设备选型合理,满足使用功能要求,能较好地指导施工。

This design uses electrical and AUTOCAD software when it is to draw the fire plane and system graph, weak electric plane and system graph, etc.
The overall design accords with the relevant technical regulation requirements. Equipments selection is reasonable so as to better meet the applicable functions and be able to better guide the construction.

本设计为XX县第二中学图书实验楼的弱电电气设计。该楼建筑面积4966.64m2,地下部分建筑面积971.15m2,地上部分建筑面积1059.54m2。本建筑为24m以下多层建筑,框架结构,耐火等级为二级。此实验楼共四层,建筑高度16.8m,层高3.9m,建筑总高度25.2m,室内外高差1.2m。
包括探测器的选择及数量计算、探测区域的划分及布线、自动报警按钮和广播扬声器的布置。进行消防控制系统平面图和系统图、弱电系统平面图和系统图的设计。
