轨道式圆形果蔬分级机设计
摘 要:我国是农业大国,按果蔬的重量和大小进行分级的工作是由机器来完成的,这符合人们习惯上的分级要求。目前果蔬品种很多,有些不同品种的果蔬密度差异甚小,若按重量和大小分级结果基本一致,因此,按大小对一些果蔬分级是合理的,科学的。轨道式圆形果蔬分级机工作时,果蔬在皮带上表面运动,相对运动较小,对果蔬的损伤较小。此法适用于球形或近似球形的果蔬的分级,从结构上较易实现,成本较低,分级精度较高,在国内外应用较广。

Abstract:China is a large agricultural country. The classification of fruits and vegetables according to their weight and size is done by machines. This is in line with people's customary classification requirements. At present, there are many fruit varieties, and some different varieties of fruit and vegetable density are very small. If the results are basically the same according to the weight and size, it is reasonable and scientific to classify some fruits and vegetables by size. When the track type circular fruit and vegetable grader works, the fruits and vegetables move on the upper surface of the belt, the relative movement is smaller, and the damage to fruits and vegetables is smaller. This method is suitable for grading of spherical or near spherical fruits and vegetables. It is easy to realize in structure, low in cost and high in classification accuracy, and is widely applied at home and abroad. .
