摘要

当今社会，无论是任何一个国家或者是任何一座城市，都常常以这座城市高层建筑数量以及超高层建筑的高度来评判它的发达程度。这并非是绝对的，但是可以这样说，建筑的高度却是能反映出它的科技水平。尤其是在中国，这种现象更为突出，现在我们国家的最高层建筑已经达到了五百多米；然而作为建筑物的主要组成部分—混凝土，怎么被送到这么高的地方上去的呢？？无疑混凝土输送泵就是这其中最好的答案。混凝土输送泵和混凝土搅拌输送车一样，是另一类输送混凝土的专用机械。它们一泵为动力，沿管道连续输送混凝土，可以一次完成水平和垂直运输，将混凝土直接输送到浇筑地点。中间环节少，生产效率高，特别是对施工场地狭窄，浇筑工作面小，或配筋密集的建筑物浇筑，种有效而经济的输送机械。由于泵送混凝土作业具有机械化程度高、机动性好、输送量大、占用人力少、工人劳动强度低、施工组织简单、工程进度快、造价低、混凝土质量高等优点。因此，人们用混凝土搅拌站、混凝土搅拌输送车和混凝土输送泵或泵车的运用程度来衡量混凝土工程施工机械化水平的高低。这几年混凝土输送泵在施工中得到了广泛的应用，但是混凝土输送泵在施工时是具有一系列技术上的要求的，如果处理不当，便会适得其反，我们在施工中应该注意什么及有那些技术要求呢?混凝土输送泵，又名混凝土泵，由泵体和输送管组成。是一种利用压力，将混凝土沿管道连续输送的机械，主要应用于房建、桥梁及隧道施工。目前主要分为闸板阀混凝土输送泵和S阀混凝土输送泵。再一种就是将泵体装在汽车底盘上，再装备可伸缩或屈折的布料杆，而组成的泵车。
