摘 要
随该空间振动筛机处理能力强,筛分效率高,具有技术参数合理,结构强度、刚度高,运转可靠,噪音小,维修方便等特点。空间振动筛是一种做空间振动、多层数、高效新型振动筛。空间振动筛采用筒体式偏心轴激振器及偏心块调节振幅,物料筛淌线长,筛分规格多,具有结构可靠、激振力强、筛分效率高、振动噪音小、坚固耐用、维修方便、使用安全等特点,该振动筛广泛应用于矿山、建材、交通、能源、化工等行业的产品分级。着国民经济和工业的快速发展,在矿山、建材环卫等行业中,对物料的筛分、脱水脱介的处理的质量要求越来越高。现有的市场却不能够提供此类振动筛。本设计是针对空间振动筛进行结构设计,包括传动系统、激振器、激振器传动轴、振动筛轴。本次设计采用普通的钢板筛面,筛分效果好,分级颗粒较好。

Abstract

Spatial vibration sieve tube type eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric blocks adjusting amplitude, the material screen drip line length, screen size and more, has the advantages of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, the vibration noise is small, sturdiness and durability, convenient maintenance, safety, etc., the vibration sieve is widely used in the mines, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industry products classification. With the rapid development of the national economy and industry, the quality requirements of screening and dewatering of materials in the mining, building materials and other industries are becoming more and more high. The existing market is not able to provide such a vibrating screen. This design is aimed at the space vibration sieve structure design, including transmission system, vibrator, vibrator shaft, shaft vibration sieve. This design uses the ordinary steel plate screen surface, good screening effect, better particle grading.
