草坪修边机的设计
摘要
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们对生存环境的要求越来越高。草坪绿化已成为衡量一个国家,地区或城市文明与发展的一个重要指标,在美化环境,固土护坡,净化空气等方面已成为人类的共识,在生态建设和保护方面将扮演着越来越重要的角色。草坪业的发展必然促进草坪机械的应用和发展。修剪是草坪区别于其它一些植物的特殊要求,草坪业的迅猛发展,意味着草坪剪草机械的大量需求,了解草坪剪草机械的发展历史、存在的问题和发展趋势等,对我国草坪剪草机械的发展无疑是十分有意义的。
本文首先对国内外草坪修边机的研究现状和发展趋势进行了解;随后对现有的草坪修边机进行结构分析,了解其结构组成及工作原理;接着对草坪修边机的各个组成部分进行设计,包括发动机的选择、切割深度调节杆的设计、张紧轮的设计、刀片的设计与选择以及整机的结构优化,以达到重量更轻,噪声更小,作业精度更高的目的。
最后,就目前市面上的机器,提出自己的看法。中国的草坪机械发展水平较之国外还有相当大的一段距离。目前国内基本上沿用农业生产机械,大多以柴油机为动力且安全性能不高。国外基本上与大功率拖拉机配套作业,一机多用。我们生产的草坪修边机应以此为目标,在这个的基础上,研发出属于我们自己的草坪修边机。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy and the progress of the society,people's living environment demand is higher and higher. Lawn greening has become the measure of a country, area or city civilization and the development of an important indicator,to beautify their environment,solid soil slope protection, purify air and so on,has become the consensus of mankind,in the ecological construction and protection will play an increasingly important role.The development of grass industry is bound to promote the lawn machinery application and development. Trim the lawn is different from the special requirements of some other plants, the rapid development of grass industry, means a greater demand of lawn grass clippings machinery, understanding of the historical development of lawn grass clippings machinery, existing problems and development trend, etc., the development of lawn grass clippings machinery in China is very meaningful.
This article first to lawn trimming machine at home and abroad to understand the present situation and development trend; Then the existing lawn trimming machine structure analysis, understand its structure and working principle; Then carried out on the lawn trimming machine components design, including the selection of motor, the cutting depth adjusting rod design, tension wheel design, blade design and structure optimization of the machine with the choice, to achieve a lighter weight, smaller noise, work precision higher purpose.
Finally, the machine currently on the market, proposed own view. Level of lawn machinery development in China than abroad and a considerable distance. At present domestic basically used in agricultural production machinery, mostly driven by diesel engine performance and safety is not high. Basically and high-power tractor supporting work abroad, multi-usage. We should production of lawn trimming machine as a goal, on the basis of this, the development of our own lawn trimming machine.

草坪生产是园林生产的重要分支,草坪机械是园林机械的重要组成部分。草坪机械具有农业机械、林业机械和工程机械的特点,由于草坪作业的特殊性,要求草坪机械噪声小,污染少,轻巧灵活,携运方便,作业精度高。
我国是一个少林少草的国家,草坪对坏境的绿化,美化效果越来越受到人们的重视。我国对草坪需求势必越来越大。而草坪的大规模生产正是以机械的参与为主要特征的。草坪机械已构成草坪生产系统的一个重要组成部分。实施草坪生产机械化,不仅能减轻劳动程度,改善生产条件,降低生产成本,而且能在较短时间内征服大面积沙地荒滩,控制病灾虫灾。草坪修边机用于修整草坪边界,使草坪生长整齐,美观。草坪修边机的主要工作部件为割刀。草坪修边机便于携带,工作效率高,大大减轻了人工修剪速度慢,效率低,劳动程度高等问题。
