葵花产业作为主要的经济作物在我国得到了长足的发展。油用葵花已成为四大油料作物之一,食用葵花的发展更快,在全国葵花种植面积中占70%以上。我国的葵花多种植在北方冷凉地区,从黑龙江一直到新疆,且多分布在干旱瘠薄土地和盐碱地上,是农民增收的一个非常好的经济作物。葵花脱粒机作为葵花成品加工领域的一种重要食品机械设备,其结构设计有重要的工程意义。本文主要围绕葵花脱粒机的结构设计为中心,在基于葵花脱粒原理分析的基础上,提出葵花脱粒机结构设计的整体方案,选定方案后基于实用、够用的原则,从满足任务书中正常工程需求出发,进行结构设计、尺寸设计,整体装配设计。最后统筹整个设计,完成葵花脱粒机的总体设计。该方案结构简单,使用方便,减轻了很多人力。
Sunflower industry as the main economic crops in China has been greatly developed. Sunflower oil has become one of the four major oil crops, the development of edible sunflower faster, more than 70% of the national sunflower planting area. The sunflower planted in the northern cold area, from Heilongjiang has been to Xinjiang. While the distribution in the drought and barren land and saline alkali land is increasing the income of farmers in a very good economic crops. Threshing machine for sunflower seeds sunflower finished processing field as a kind of important food machinery and equipment, the structure design has important engineering significance. This paper mainly focuses on the structure design of sunflower thresher as the center, sunflower threshing machine structure design of the overall scheme is proposed based on the analysis of sunflower threshing principle based on the selected scheme based on the principle of practicality, enough, in order to meet the task book normal requirement of engineering, structure design, dimension design, the overall assembly design. Finally, the whole design, complete the overall design of sunflower thresher. This scheme has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, much less human.
