在我国,车载起重机的发展已有五十年的历史了,由于受到客观条件的限制,一度发展较慢。进入九十年代发展迅速,但与国际先进水平还相差很远,主要表现在产品质量的稳定性、自动化、智能化等方面。随着国家基础建设的规模不断加大,许多生产场合都需要对设备、产品、零件、货物等进行搬运和位移,车载起重机在起重运输行业和野外作业发挥的作用也将越来越大,市场也将越来越大。
本文对车载起重机的设计进行了研究,分章、节逐一论述了设计过程。在设计过程部分,首先对装载起重机的汽车的底盘进行选择,确定起重机的技术参数,重点就车载起重机的液压系统进行论述和设计,以及对起重机的主要机构如起升机构、回转机构的型式和计算方法做出论述,对回转机构机械装配部分也进行了设计,最后对影响起重机起重能力的支腿型式及其跨距的确定进行了简要说明。
设计的车载起重机能够满足使用功能要求,安全可靠,结构合理,重量轻,操作使用方便,对许多生产场合与起重运输等行业,具有很强的现实意义。

The design and production of the vehicle-mounted crane have more than 50 years history in our country. The development of vehicle-mounted crane, however, was slow as the well known reason. Since 1990s, it was accelerated in our country, but the products still could not reach the advanced international level in the quality stability, automation, and intelligent. With the need vehicle-mounted crane to move and shift production equipment, products, components and goods, etc. Vehicle-mounted crane in lifting the transport industry and the role of field operations will be increasing, and the market will be growing, too.
In this paper, the design of truck crane is studied in detail and sub-chapter, each section is discussed in the design process. Choosing the vehicle chassis which loading the cranes is described at first. Next is to identify technical parameters of crane. And the design of the vehicle with the liquid press system is the key. The design method of main mechanisms of the crane, which includes the winch section and the rotary bearing section, is described. Mechanical assembly design of the rotary mechanism is also conducted. At last this paper gives a brief description of the support leg, which affects the performance of crane greatly.
This vehicle-mounted crane can satisfy these requests, safety dependable, construction reasonable, the light weight and operating convenient. It gives a lot of uses to many occasions and lift production of transport industries, which will have great application background.
