设计总说明

该设计为西宁市XX小区建筑给水排水设计,设计内容包括给水系统设计,排水系统设计,消防系统设计,自动喷水系统设计。由于该建筑高度58.4米,市政管网压力0.20MPa,无法满足压力要求,故采用分区供水。给水分区为高、中、低区,10-17层为高区,3-9层为中区,一、二层为低区。中区、高区由高位水箱-减压阀联合供水,低区利用市政管网直接供水。排水采用污废水合流的方式。该建筑物高度低于100米,消防系统不分区,采用减压稳压消火栓。

自喷系统采用中危一级标准,正常压力为0.1MPa,作用面积为160平方米。

 



Specification

This design is for the building water supply and drainage of XX community in Xining city. The design content includes water supply system design, drainage system design, fire protection system design, and automatic sprinkler system design. Due to the height of the building being 58.4 meters and the pressure of the municipal pipeline network being 0.20MPa, it cannot meet the pressure requirements. Therefore, zoning water supply is adopted. The water supply zone is divided into high, medium, and low zones, with floors 10-17 being the high zone, floors 3-9 being the middle zone, and floors 1 and 2 being the low zone. The central and high areas are supplied with water through a combination of high-level water tanks and pressure reducing valves, while the low areas are directly supplied with water through the municipal pipeline network. The drainage adopts the method of combined flow of sewage and waste water. The height of the building is less than 100 meters, and the fire protection system is not divided into zones, using pressure reducing and stabilizing fire hydrants.
