摘 要
煤炭行业是维系国家经济命脉和资源安全的重要基础产业。选煤是关乎煤炭的清洁与利用地高效率最重要的环节,振动筛分设备是原煤分级、脱水、脱泥、脱介的主要筛分设备之一。但是目前煤炭开采大多选用综采技术,煤的破碎程度高,且由于采用水力采煤、井下喷水防尘等措施,致使原煤中细粒级煤岩石和水分含量增加。而且传统的筛分设备例如普通直线振动筛对这类潮湿细粒煤进行干法筛分时,筛面糊孔、堵孔现象严重,难以实现潮湿细粒物料的有效筛分,筛分效率显著降低。因此,潮湿细粒煤炭的干法筛分成为我国煤炭生产过程中所面临的难题。针对以上问题,近年来,新型高效筛分机不断问世,弛张筛以筛面加速度大、筛分效率高、处理能力大、不易堵塞、适应性强、筛机整体动负荷小、价格适中等特点,存在优势,具有广泛的应用前景和市场潜力。本文将设计一种矿用分级弛张筛,对其进行总体设计,并对传动部件、筛箱等主要零部件进行详细设计,而且对关键零部件进行受力分析、校核计算。还有对总装图、部装图、零件图进行绘制。

The coal industry is an foundational industry that is related to the country's economic lifeline and energy security. Coal preparation is the most economical and effective way to clean and efficiently use coal. Vibrating screening equipment is one of the main screening equipment for classification, dehydration, de-mudging and
de-packing of raw coal. However, at present, the mining of coal generally adopts fully mechanized mining technology, which results in the high degree of broken coal. And the traditional screening equipment such as ordinary linear vibrating screen for this kind of wet fine coal dry method of screening time, screen batter hole, blocking hole phenomenon is serious, it is difficult to achieve the effective screening of wet fine material, screening efficiency significantly reduced. Therefore, the dry screening of wet fine coal is a difficult problem in the process of coal production in China. In view of the above problems, in recent years, new high-efficiency screening machine has been published, the flip-flow screen has the comparative advantages of high screening efficiency, large processing capacity and not easy to block,adaptability, screening machine overall dynamic load small, moderate price characteristics, has a wide application prospect and market potential. This paper will design a mine grading
flip-flow screen, the overall design, and the transmission parts, screen box and other main parts for detailed design, and the key parts for stress analysis, check calculation. There are general assembly drawings, part of the drawings, drawings of parts.
