摘   要

经过了追求物质生活的年代，人们开始追求真正的健康的生活方式。人们对于自行车的需求也越来越高。选择 “绿色出行” 也成为人们在选择开私家车、坐公交车之外的一个选择。

自行车在中国一直是主要的代步工具。但是自行车作为上前国人出行的第二选择，自行车平的存放和运输常常给使用者带来不少的麻烦。随着市场需求的不断扩大，折叠自行车已经成为自行车中的主流产品。

折叠自行车的设计关键在于车体主梁的折叠器的设计选型，这一装置直接影响到折叠自行车的使用寿命和使用安全。中国的制造产业已经非常发达，但中国创造正在慢慢起步。

结合本科的毕业设计，我做足了市场调查和用户研究，但是并不是清楚的知道自己究竟要做什么。一次一次的做方案，再推翻，终于设计出我们的作品。之所以一次又一次的推翻先前的设计方案主要原因是工程和制造的限制。设计不仅仅是画图，结合制造、结合现有的工艺水平，在限制中做设计，才是一个设计师最重要的能力。 本文介绍了我设计的折叠自行车折叠器，从市场调查到结构材料分析，再到结构优化，最后校核。同时由于好的设计方案与设计人员的实际设计经验还有很大关系，所以鉴于作者经验的不足，论文中很多论述及设计还有疏漏的地方，相信会在今后的学习工作中改进。

Abstract

      After the era of the pursuit of material life, the people began to pursue a truly healthy lifestyle. The increasing demand for bicycles. Select "green travel" has also become a choice of the people in the choice of open car outside the bus.
     Bicycles in China has been the main means of transport. But the bike as a second choice, approached people travel the bike flat storage and transport is often a lot oftrouble to the user. As the market demand continues to expand, the folding bicycle has become a mainstream product in the bike.
     Folding bike design lies in the bodywork of the main beam folding design selection, thisdevice directly affects the life and use of the folding bike safety. China's manufacturingindustry has been very well-developed, but China has created is slowly beginning.
    The combined undergraduate graduation design, I have done enough market researchand user studies, but not clearly know exactly what to do. Again and again to do the program, and then overthrow finally design our work. The reason once again to overthrowthe previous design is mainly due to the limitations of engineering and manufacturing.Design is not just drawing, combining manufacturing, combined with the existing level of technology, to do the design limit, is the most important skills for a designer. This article describes a folding bike folding design, from market research to structural materialsanalysis, to optimize the structure, last checked. The same time as the actual design experience, there are a lot of good design and designers, so in view of the lack ofexperience, there are omissions of papers in a lot of exposition and design, I believe thatwill be improved in the future study and work.
