100SB40-3.5-0.75轴流泳池泵设计
本次设计我所选的课题是100SB40-3.5-0.75轴流泳池泵设计,该游泳池泵是轴流泵的一种。轴流泵是叶片式泵的一种,液体的输送不是靠叶轮对液体产生的离心力推动,而是由叶轮叶片旋转产生的推力使液体沿泵轴方向流动。轴流泵主要由泵体、叶轮、导叶装置以及进出口管等组成。泵体形状呈圆筒形,叶轮固定在泵轴上,泵轴在泵体内有两个轴承支承,泵轴借顶部联轴器与电动机传动轴相连接。本次设计所需的数据,是通过给定的原型泵参数乘以相应的相似系数得到的。按照任务书给定的数据,应用相似理论计算得相似放缩比例,为了使变型后的数据方便设计及生产所以取放缩比例为0.10。在设计前,首先确定电机的输出轴直径、确定轴的最小直径、设计轴的形状和尺寸,然后进行强度校核,检验其是否设计合理。最后变型设计出叶轮、导叶、油室、连接座及泵盖等部件。其中最重要的部分是画出叶轮叶片和导叶叶片的木模图,参考数据都乘以相似系数0.10得到的。在零件设计完成后,分析各个部件之间的配合情况,最终经过校验确定合理的配合公差。

This graduation design, I choose 100SB40-3.5-0.75 axial flow pump design of the pool for my subject, this pool pump is a kind of axial flow pump. Axial flow pump is a vane type pump, centrifugal force to promote liquid delivery does not depend on the impeller on the liquid production. But by the impeller vane thrust produced by the liquid flow along the shaft direction. Axial flow pump mainly include the pump body, impeller, guide vane apparatus and the import and export of tube. The pump body is in the shape of cylinder, impeller is fixed on the pump shaft, pump shaft in the pump body with two bearings, shaft coupling and motor by the transmission shaft connected to the top. The design’s required data is from given prototype pump parameters multiply corresponding similarity coefficients. By given data of the task, applying of the similarity theory to calculate the similarity scaling ratio, in order to make the variant data easily to facilitate the design and production, so the zoom ratio set 0.10.Before the design, firstly determine the motor output shaft diameter, determine the smallest diameter of the shaft, then design the shape and size of the shaft, at last make a strength check, check whether the design is reasonable. Finally, do a variant design of impeller vane, the oil chamber, a connecting seat and the pump cover and other components. The most important part is drawing the impeller and guide vane drawing, reference data is multiplied by the similarity coefficient of 0.10. In the part of the design is completed, analyzing the cooperation between the various components of the, after the final check to determine the reasonable tolerances.

本次设计我所选的课题是100SB40-3.5-0.75轴流泳池泵设计,该游泳池泵是轴流泵的一种。在我国及世界一些发达国家、中东地区、东南亚地区及非洲旅游景区,游泳池密集程度相当高,数量也多。其次,轴流泵也有其优点。轴流泵输送液体不是靠叶轮产生的离心力推动,是利用叶片旋转产生的推力使液体沿水泵轴的方向流动。电动机带动泵轴旋转,由于叶片与泵轴线之间存在一定的螺旋角,对液体产生推力亦升力,从而将液体沿排出管排出。轴流泵主要由叶轮、泵体、进出口管及导叶装置等构成。泵体形状呈圆筒形,叶轮固定在泵轴上,轴在泵体内有两处轴承支承。为了避免因轴太长产生机械震动,所以在轴半径最小处加滑动轴承,泵轴借顶部联轴器与电动机传动轴相联接。泵通过叶轮将水引进泵体,再经由导叶将水从出水口排出。
轴流泵因其流量大,扬程低等特点,在工农业及生活中的应用越来越广泛。因其优点,本次设计是将轴流泵应用于泳池中。由于现在泳池泵应用的越来越广泛,例如一些高档场所的泳池泵,对泵的稳定性、可靠性及安全性提出了更高的要求。本次设计参照市面上已有的泳池泵,以大学四年所学机械、力学等有关知识为基础,在老师的带领与指导下完成此新型100SB40-3.5-0.75轴流泳池泵的设计,确保使用安全方便,噪声小,性能更优越。
