随着中国高速铁路的发展,铁路运输的安全越来越受到人们的关注。转向架则是保证高速动车组平稳、安全运行的基础。它是车辆的重要组成部分之一,所以它的可靠性影响整个列车的平稳运行。这就需要对转向架结构进行分析了解,掌握转向架零件的实体造型方法和虚拟装配方法。
本文主要在对CRH380B动车组转向架进行结构分析的基础上,了解转向架的基本结构及其主要功能。完成了转向架的主要零部件的三维实体模型及虚拟装配,掌握三维实体仿真设计在铁路机车车辆产品的开发中的应用。
1、以SolidWorks为基础,建立转向架零件三维实体模型并进行虚拟装配。
2、运用有限元软件ANSYS WORKBENCH对车轮、车轴进行有限元分析,依据JIS-E-4501标准车轴静强度满足设计要求。根据UIC 510-5 标准表明车轮静强度满足设计要求。
3、对一系弹簧悬挂装置的外簧进行静强度分析,结果表明其静强度满足设计要求。

With the development of Chinese high-speed railway, people pay more attention to the safe railway transport. Bogie plays an important role in insures the safe and stable running of the high-speed trains. It is one of the important part of vehicle, so its reliability affects the smooth running of the train. It requires us to analysis and understand the structure of the bogie, master the solid modeling method of bogie parts and virtual assembly method.
This paper mainly bases on the analysis of high-speed multiple units bogie structure to understand the basic structure and main function of the bogie. It completes the 3D solid model of the main parts of bogies and virtual assembly, and grasps the design 3D solid in the development of product application on railway vehicles.
1、 On the basis of solidworks, establishing 3D solid model of bogie parts and proceeding virtual assembly.
2、 Using finite element software accomplish to the wheel, axle of finite element analysis. According to the JIS-E-4501 the static strength of axle is suitable. And according to the UIC 510-5 the static strength of wheel contents the design requests.
3、 Analysising the static strength of the suspension of primary springs strength, its result explains that the static strength contents the design requests.
