摘  要

轿车制动系统直接影响轿车行驶的安全性和停车的可靠性,是轿车十分重要的组成部分。只有制动性能优良,制动系统工作可靠,才能充分发挥轿车的其它性能,而轿车制动系统的结构分析与设计计算是保证和提高轿车制动性能的一个重要步骤。本文围绕轿车制动系统的结构分析与设计计算,对轿车制动性能进行分析研究。首先,对轿车制动系统进行系统全面的整理和归纳,详细说明了轿车制动系统结构组成和各组成部分的基本工作原理,论述了轿车制动系统的功能和轿车制动性能评价方法;然后,应用汽车理论建立轿车制动系统制动受力数学模型,对轿车制动过程,理想制动力分配曲线,前、后轴制动力利用附着系数,制动器制动力矩以及斜坡驻车制动效能等制动性能进行深入理论分析和计算公式的推导;最后,针对某一具体轿车制动系统进行设计计算,对计算结果进行分析论证,进而通过调整轿车制动器型式和结构参数使轿车制动力分配,制动时减速度及斜坡驻车效能等制动性能能够符合我国法规规定要求,之后进行三维建模、二维画图并优化分析。

Nissan Sylphy 1.6L car braking system optimization design

Abstract

Car braking system which is a very important component of the car has a direct impact on car traffic safety and the parking reliability. Only braking performance is good and braking system is reliable, other properties of car can give full play to work. Structural analysis and design calculation of car braking system are an important step of work. This article focused on structural analysis and design calculation of car braking system, and carried out an analytical study of car braking performance.

At first, this thesis systematically collated and summarized the car braking performance, detailed the description of the structure and various components, basic working principle of car braking system, discussed the function of car brake system and evaluation methods of car braking performance, specifically described and summed up the design requirements of car brake system and our country’s laws and regulations on requirements of the car braking system. And then according to automotive theory, this thesis established a mathematical model of car braking system when braking force, and carried out the theoretical analysis and derivation of formula for the car braking process, the ideal braking force distribution curve, the use of front axle and rear axle braking force attachment coefficient, the braking torque of brake and the parking brake performance on the slope and so on. Finally, this thesis designed and calculated a specific car braking system, analysed and demonstrated the results of calculation, adjusted the structure parameters of car brake force distribution system so that the car braking force distribution, the braking deceleration, the parking brake performance on the slope and the braking performance can fully meet the requirements of our country’s laws and regulations. Tnen three-dimensional modeling,two-dimensional drawing and optimization analysis.
