基于ANSYS的大学生节能车结构优化设计【设计说明书+CAD图纸+三维PROE+开题报告+任务书+外文翻译+毕业设计(论文)答辩相关材料】
大学生节能车是由大学生设计的一种竞技型赛车。在过往比赛中,有很多各式各样的节能车出现。本设计主要针对大学生节能车进行整车设计方案的选择,对车身及车架进行设计并对车架进行强度校核。借助Pro/E和CATIA三维建模软件,有限元受力分析软件ANSYS,对车身及车架部分进行建模分析。进行ANSYS有限元分析。首先,借助Pro/E和CATIA三维建模软件对所设计的车身、车架及重要的零部件进行三维建模,通过Pro/E对所建的大学生节能车零部件模型进行大学生节能车整车的虚拟装配,然后通过Pro/E软件中的分析程序对装配后的整车进行简单的重心、惯性矩,使用CATIA分析程序中的曲率分析程序对节能车车身进行曲率分析,用专业的有限元分析软件ANSYS对节能车车架进行静力学分析及车架模态分析,依据有限元分析结果进行了较为深入的分析研究,并提出结构优化设计方案。
