摘 要
本文是关于tcl机顶盒上盒盖注塑模具的设计,塑件虽然不是很复杂,但其设计的难点在于侧向抽芯机构和浇注系统的设计。本次设计主要使用UG8.5软件,结合生产实践来设计tcl机顶盒上盒盖注塑模具的整体结构,通过对塑件形状、尺寸等方面的分析来确定其工艺。主要包括分型面的选择,浇注系统的设计,成型零件的计算,侧向抽芯机构的设置,顶出机构和冷却系统的设计等,此外还对其脱模力进行计算,并选择合适的注塑机。本次设计使用UG8.5,胡波外挂来进行模架、螺钉、顶杆等零件的选取,设计安装完成后,直接导出2D装配图及相关零件图,大大缩短了设计时间。

Abstract
This is the design on the lid of the plastic injection mold, the plastic parts is not very complicated, but the difficulty lies in its design of the side core-drawing institutions and gating system design. The design using Pro / E software, combined with production practices to design the overall structure of the lid injection molds and the plastic parts shape, size and other aspects of the analysis to determine the process. Including the choice of the parting surface, gating system design, calculation of the molded part, side core-pulling mechanism set up, ejection mechanism and the cooling system design, in addition to the ejection force be calculated, and choose the appropriate injection molding machine. The design using UG8.5, the 胡波外挂 to select the mold, screws, ejector parts, design and installation is complete, direct export 2D assembly drawings and part drawings greatly reducing the design time.
