摘    要

矩形截面纸筒缠绕机是将纸带缠绕成矩形截面纸筒的设备。随着人民生活水平的提高和节奏的加快，纸罐、纸桶取代了一批铁罐、塑料罐，并以它的优良特性赢得了用户的青睐，这是因为金属制造这类产品成本高，价格偏贵，而通过矩形截面纸筒缠绕机能方便快捷的生产出适合各种用途的纸罐、茶叶罐、烟花管等各种包装盒的纸筒，并且可回收、降解。因此本设计项目的研究开发对造福人类、美化环境，都具有深远的历史意义和现实意义。在工业水平较发达的国外，如欧洲、美国等，已具备成型的矩形截面纸筒加工技术。在缠绕形式、纸筒定型、定长切断等关键技术上已有一定技术突破。而在国内，矩形截面纸筒的生产还处于起步阶段，国内只有少数几家企业有生产矩形截面纸筒的能力（如上海华浦纸桶包装有限公司，哈尔滨第一工具厂等)，而其中绝大多数依赖昂贵的进口设备。能生产矩形截面纸筒缠绕机的国内厂家更是凤毛麟角。
