随着社会的发展,我国的包装行业发展迅速,特别是自动化行业的兴起,随着对自动化要求的越来越高,原有的机械设备已跟不上社会生产力的日益需求,我国早期多采取人工包装,操作繁琐、单调、重复,工人劳动强度大。所以本文的设计目的为全自动旋盖机的的设计,包括了机械,电气控制两大部份。根据原始数据的要求,完成从理盖,上盖,瓶子的进料,旋盖以及出料等几个工序。只需简单操作就可完成,这样大大简化了工人的劳动力,达到工业的自动化控制,机械系统包括进料输送机的设计、旋盖头的设计以及中心转盘的设计。

本旋盖机的主要驱动部件包括一台振动料斗、两台交流电机,一台用于旋盖的直流电机、一台步进电机,以及三根气压杆,通过PLC的控制,来安排不同的工序,动作的先后,各个工序间的无缝配合来完成这样一系列连续的旋盖动作,从而满足工业自动化的需求。电气控制部分使用了PLC作为控制器,然后通过电源、接触器、继电器、脉冲控制器、以及各个行程开关的开闭配合。设计完成全自动旋盖机的PLC编程,也包括了整个系统电气原理图的绘制,利于设备的维护、维修,以及高效可靠地处理各个信号,以达到整机控制的目的。

ABSTRACT

With the development of society, our packaging industry development is rapid, especially with the rise of automation industry, for automation requirements more and more higher, the original mechanical equipment already can't keep up with the social productive forces, the growing demand, China's early much take artificially packaging, operating trival, drab, repeat, workers labor intensity. So this design purpose for automatic capping machine design, including mechanical, electrical control two most. According to the original data requirements, completion from cover to cover, Daniel, bottle feeding, capping and discharging and several other processes. Just simple operation can be completed. This greatly simplifies the worker labor, achieve industrial automation control, mechanical system including feeding conveyor design, screw a covering design and center somewhere in the design.

This capping machine's main driver components include a vibration hopper, two ac motor, a used for capping the dc motors, a motor and three pillars pressure rod, through the control of PLC, to arrange different process, action, between every process has to accomplish such a series of seamless cooperate with continuous capping action, and meet the demand of industrial automation. Electric controlling part uses the PLC as controller, then through the power supply, contactor, relays, pulse controller, and the coordination of various travel switch. Design completed automatic capping machines PLC programming, including the whole system electrical principle drawing and favors the equipment maintenance, repair, and the effective and reliable processing various signal, in order to achieve the purpose of machine control.
