玉米是我国三大粮食作物之一,各地方都有种植,无论是对于提高粮食综合玉米生产能力、确保粮食安全,还是对于满足日益增长的饲料需求,都具有举足轻重的地位。为了促进农业的现代化,必须实行粮食生产的机械化,尤其应加快实现收获环节的机械化。但我国目前玉米收获程度还不到百分之十。已成为玉米机械化生产的瓶颈。为此,各级政府和越来越多的农机制造企业正在加大投入,积极开展玉米收获机械技术的研究和新型装备的设计与开发。
割台是玉米收获机的核心部分,本次对割台的主要部件进行了系统的理论分析和设计,为玉米收获机的制造提供了依据。割台部分包括分禾器、拉茎棍、夹持输送链。摘棍是玉米收获机摘穗装置的关键部件,因此,研究玉米茎秆在摘棍间的运动状态与摘穗各结构、运动参数之间的关系十分重要。

Corn is one of the three major grain crops in our country, and has planted throughout here and there. planting corn has an important position in increasing the comprehensive productivity of grain, ensuring food safety as well as meeting the demand of feedstuff.. in order to promote agricultural modernization, we must implement the mechanization of grain production, especially should accelerate the realization of mechanized harvesting, however, our corn harvest mechanization level is very slow , it is less than 10 percent , it become the weak link of the grain planting and production.
Header is at the heart of corn harvester parts of the system analysis and design, provides a basis for corn harvester manufacturing. Header includes guide/pulling the stem rod, clamp conveyor chain. Pick roller corn harvester pick key parts of the ear device. therefore the property resrarch of the corn picker is poor and instability.
