摘要

本次毕业设计任务是完成三通管零件的注塑模具设计。根据塑件的结构、技术要求及企业生产的实际情况，并对零件结构工艺性和制品材料进行了分析，计算了成型零部件的尺寸。在此基础上确定了分型面、浇注系统和注射机的选择，并给出了相关工艺参数。应用三维设计软件Pro/E对三通管做了三维造型设计，并用二维设计软件AutoCAD进行了三通管注射模结构设计。为使设计出的模具结构合理，工作可靠，本设计利用直导柱导向，推杆顶料,斜导柱抽芯方式。根据所选模具材料及相关计算公式，最后对模具结构与注射机的匹配进行了校核。

                        Abstract

The graduation project is a task to complete three parts of the tube injection mold design. According to the plastic parts of the structure, technical requirements and the actual situation of production and technology structure of the parts and materials products were analyzed to calculate the size of the molding parts. On this basis, determine the type face, pouring system choice and the injection machine, and given the relevant parameters. Application of three-dimensional design software Pro / E on the tube made three three-dimensional design, and AutoCAD 2-D design software for the three governing structure of the injection mold design. In order to design a mold of a reasonable structure, reliable work, the design of direct use of lead-oriented Sai-chu, the top-putt expected, the ramp-chu guided core-pulling way. According to the selected mold materials and related formula, the final structure of the mold and injection machines were Matching check.
